2025 Information

Dates: June 16th - August 8th  Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Early & After Care are available at additional cost.)

Cost: $399 for full week, $325 for 3 days (with trip) or $299 for 3 days (without trip)

SAVE: 15% when you register by 12/31/24 or 10% when you register by 3/31/25 .  All fees due by June 1st.

Registration: $75 per child, must be paid at time of registration.

June 26 - Liberty Science Center

July 3 - Urban Air

July 10 - Turtle Back Zoo

July 17 - Johnson's Farm

July 24 - Fun Plex

July 31 - Jumping Jungle

August 7 - Legoland

Trips are subject to change. Parents are welcome to sign up as a chaperone, but we will run a background check and may limit space.

Early & After Care: Must sign up! $40 per week for early care, $30 per week for after care.  $60 per week for both.

Electives: Will be available in the Spring

To register your child for Camp Mercyville, follow these simple steps:

1. Look around this site to find out all you need to know

2. Register online and pay the registration fee

3. Wait for your confirmation e-mail (within a couple days).

4. Fill out the parent forms (available online on the registration site.)

6. Plan to attend one of our Parent Orientation dates at GraceWay Bible Church.
